Laying in bed crying and I don’t even know why. Even though the one I love and tell everything to is asleep beside me and I dont want to tell him because I’m too embarrassed to get help for myself. I don’t want to be that girl everyone ignors because she’s an ‘attention seeker’ and she’s just ‘putting a depressed act on to make everyone feel sorry for her’. No I don’t want to go to a counciller, or a doctor or get blood tests or go see my school adviser to get help. I don’t want to. I will just be seen as a poor little girl. I don’t want any of this.
